War on Christmas Over. America Won: It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas all around the White House

What a wonderful replacement for the last first lady. And of course, Jeff Bezos’ blog, The Washinton Post, noted that she “had a bad coat.” I don’t know what to say about those suggest style points to Melania Trump, but I know they are some very ugly and misshapen trolls.
Props to the First Lady, whose outfit and camera angles all emphasized that the video was not all about HER, but about the White House becoming the classiest federal installation of the season. Only downside? I could watch Melania Trump all day–whatta dame!
We’ll be putting our tree up next week. The same tree we’ve put up since 1986. 8 feet tall and 6′ wide at the bottom. It was expensive at the time but it has held up well, even with 2 or 3 large cats hiding in it’s depths, and in today’s dollars probably cost more than a grand. So when you divide it backwards it hasn’t been expensive at all. The diff between our tree and all those in the WH, Casey, is that our tree wasn’t paid for with stolen money. Trump may be an outsider but he spends stolen money like a high performance politician.
Where I’m from, money does grow on trees. Keep that in mind.
Hey! Today I read that instead of the bureaucraps, deep state and dimocrats shitting on rural America, they’ll be divvying some of the infrastructure fund our way. The vast American and conservative core has gotten, literally, the shit end of the stick since Obama. No health insurance in the rural counties. No road, bridge or rail spending. Punishment for voting against the cabal. Trump: good for America.

Where I’m from the trees are bare, cept for the conifers. I’ll believe that divvying thing when I see the check in the mailbox. Yesterday I was looking at an online list of Trump accomplishments, hundreds of them, and it was impressive. At first. Then I realized that none of that stuff has anything to do with me directly or even 2nd hand. I guess it has to do with how you see yourself in the bigger picture. shrug

I would take issue with the headline. I’d say “It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas”, not “It’s beginning to look a lot like Chirstmas”.
I’m waiting for the usual suspects to complain that Melania’s decorations are RAYCISS– all that unbearable whiteness, dontcha know. The WH decorations need a Cat of Color like Miss Olive to add diversity (not to mention pandemonium– we all know what an excited cat can do to a Christmas tree . . . ).

Very beautiful. I’d rather my tax money be spend on decorating the White House for Christmas rather than it funding the sham impeachment in the house.
